What ClaimProof is
ClaimProof is a claim-analysis and evidence platform. It reads and organizes documents, researches supporting information, and identifies differences, possible omissions, conflicts and items requiring professional review.
What ClaimProof is not
ClaimProof does not provide legal advice, public-adjusting services, engineering opinions or coverage determinations. It does not automatically determine that a disputed amount is owed, and it does not declare a product or upgrade code-required unless supporting authority exists.
Findings are presented for professional review. You are responsible for verifying findings before relying on them, and for how any ClaimProof output is used in your business.
Accuracy and limitations
ClaimProof analyzes the documents you provide and the sources it can reach. Research results depend on the availability and accuracy of those sources. Every ClaimProof evidence package includes a limitations section, and items that cannot be source-backed are identified as requiring additional professional verification.
Credits
ClaimProof uses prepaid report credits. A credit is consumed when a new final ClaimProof report is successfully generated. Reasonable revisions to the same claim and report do not automatically consume another full credit. Credits belong to the company account.
Your account
You are responsible for the authorized users you add to your organization and for maintaining the confidentiality of account access.
