What is ClaimProof?
ClaimProof is an intelligent claim-analysis and evidence platform built specifically for roofing companies. You upload the claim and ClaimProof analyzes carrier estimates, contractor documentation, weather, hail reports, photographs, measurements, building codes, permits, taxes, Xactimate pricing metadata, scope differences, quantities and financial information, then brings everything together into a professional ClaimProof Evidence Package.
Who is ClaimProof for?
Roofing companies — including sales teams, supplement departments, restoration contractors, multi-branch operations and high-volume claim departments.
What makes it different from summarizing documents?
ClaimProof does not simply generate individual document summaries. It analyzes the entire claim together and identifies relationships, differences, agreements, missing information and issues requiring professional review.
What documents can I upload?
Insurance estimates, Xactimate estimates, insurance scopes, denial letters, coverage letters, payment summaries, supplement documentation, contractor estimates, roofing proposals, EagleView reports, roof measurement reports, CompanyCam reports, inspection reports, photographs, correspondence and supporting claim documentation.
What claim information does it extract?
Insured, property address, carrier, claim number, policy number, reported date of loss, estimate date, inspection date, RCV, ACV, deductible, recoverable and nonrecoverable depreciation, prior and current payments, supplement amounts, taxes, overhead and profit, and other documented financial information.
How does the weather research work?
ClaimProof researches weather and hail evidence associated with the insured property — hail reports, hail size, distance from the property, nearby observation counts, geographic proximity, severe-weather activity, modeled hail information when available and storm-report activity. When supporting hail evidence is identified on the reported date of loss, ClaimProof clearly identifies it.
Why does it search 12 months of storms?
Because the reported date is not always the date with the strongest documented evidence. ClaimProof can search the previous 12 months for other significant hail events and evaluate potential alternative dates using hail size, number of reports, distance, severe-weather probability, modeled severity and recency — without automatically changing the homeowner's reported date of loss.
What is the hail proximity map?
A visual hail-evidence diagram with the insured property at center and nearby hail observations plotted around it by geographic coordinates and distance, showing distance rings, direction, largest and closest reported hail, the number of observations and the search radius. It can be incorporated directly into the report.
Does ClaimProof determine that money is owed?
No. It identifies documented differences, possible omissions, conflicts and items requiring verification. It does not automatically determine that a disputed amount is owed.
Does it declare things code-required?
Not unless supporting authority exists. ClaimProof distinguishes between verified, source-backed requirements and items that require additional professional verification.
What is the Xactimate price-book check?
ClaimProof extracts the price-list identifier, geographic market when available, price-book month and year, and the estimate date, then compares the price-book month and year against the current month and year. If they do not match it can identify a potentially outdated Xactimate price book. It does not challenge individual unit prices.
Can I tell ClaimProof what to focus on?
Yes. Before generating the final report you can provide additional instructions — for example, focus on a flashing discrepancy, review the measurements again, make sure a permit requirement is included, or make sure the outdated price book is discussed. ClaimProof incorporates those instructions into the final review.
What do I get at the end?
A professional PDF evidence package, plus an automatically prepared email subject and professional email body summarizing what is attached and highlighting important findings, which you can copy directly from ClaimProof.
How much does ClaimProof cost?
Prepaid credits, with one rule: one completed ClaimProof report equals one credit. Packages start at $100 for 5 report credits — $20 per report — with packages at approximately $250, $500, $1,000 and $2,500+, and progressively better value at higher volumes.
When is a credit consumed?
When a new final ClaimProof report is successfully generated. Creating a claim, checking weather, uploading documents, running Code Intelligence, uploading photographs, reviewing a claim, and opening or downloading an existing report do not consume credits.
Can several employees share our credits?
Yes. Credits belong to the roofing company account, so all authorized users draw from the same company credit pool.
