Inside the ClaimProof platform, we process the claim documents and photographs you upload in order to analyze them and generate your evidence package.
How we use it
Website form submissions are used to respond to you about ClaimProof — scheduling a demo, setting up access, answering pricing questions. Platform uploads are used to perform the analysis you requested and to produce your report.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information. We do not share your claim documents with other ClaimProof customers. ClaimProof maintains organization-level separation between customer accounts.
Retention
Claims, documents and generated reports remain available in your ClaimProof account so you can reopen claims, maintain report revisions and download previous reports. Contact us if you need material removed.
Third-party services
ClaimProof relies on third-party infrastructure and data sources to host the platform and to research weather, hail, building code, permit and jurisdictional information.
